Unfortunately snacks like Snack A Jacks (I really liked them) contain lactose. You can find rice crackers with a nice layer of chocolate but they are so expensive. Time to make our own chocolate covered rice crackersÂ and enjoy this lactose free snack.
Ingredients for 20 rice crackers:
- 1,5 pack of rice crackers
- 100 gr. dark (lactose free chocolate)
The preparation is quite easy, here we go: melt the chocolate in a bowl above simmering water and dip the rice crackers in the chocolate. Besides dipping, you can also use a nice to spread the chocolate on the crackers.
Let the chocolate cool down until hardened and you can enjoy your snack!
I’d suggest to store them in the fridge.
